care.coach, the leading provider of scalable companionship and health coaching technology, announced today that it has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type 2 audit with a perfect final report. The SOC 2 Type 2 audit is a rigorous assessment that evaluates how well a service organization adheres to the five trust service criteria of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
The audit was conducted by Johanson Group, an independent accounting firm specialized in performing such System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits according to the standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Johanson Group verified that care.coach has implemented effective controls and processes to ensure the security, availability, and confidentiality of its services and data, with no exceptions noted in its final report. The audit was assisted by Vanta, a leading security monitoring vendor, which continues to monitor care.coach systems and networks for any potential vulnerabilities or threats, helping care.coach to maintain its high standards of security and compliance.
